Rainbow Riders is a not-for-profit, therapeutic horseback riding program for individuals with special needs. We are located in a peaceful setting on Bowman Meadow Farm, just outside the city limits of Monmouth, Illinois. Rainbow Riders was founded in 2005 by Karen and Joseph Angotti.
